Liam has been in the industry for only a year less than Chris and, together with his good friend and business partner, launched Lawson Rose from day one back in 2015. Having grown up and gone to school just a road away from where LRHQ now stands, Winter Road proved to be the perfect location, somewhere that felt like home from the very start.
Now living only minutes from the office with his wife and young daughter, Liam has an exceptional understanding of the local area and the amenities it offers.

Chris is one half of the original Lawson Rose team, having co-founded the company in 2015 alongside his business partner and school friend, Liam. Like Liam, Chris has in excess of 20 years experience in the estate agency industry, with most of that time spent working within the Southsea market.
Chris, his wife, their two children, and Troy the Hungarian Vizsla live only moments from LRHQ and make the most of everything the local area has to offer. Outside of work, he’s a keen sportsman and is an avid season ticket holder at Fratton Park, which he now enjoys with his son.

DANIEL BLAKE

Daniel has been part of the Lawson Rose team since 2018 and has firmly established himself as the creative force behind much of our standout property marketing. Constantly exploring new ways to showcase your home, his artistic flair shines throughout our portfolio of available properties.
Daniel has added a whole new dimension to our marketing since becoming somewhat of a guru with the drone —capturing not only your home but the surroundings that make it unique. A keen Pompey fan, he also enjoys the occasional game of tennis and a round of golf.
Daniel his wife, Lauren, and the Boston Terrier penny live locally to LRHQ and can often been found out walking in many of the local parks and green spaces.

Ryan has been part of the Lawson Rose team since 2021 with his first 18 months spent on a day-release scheme while completing his Business Diploma at Fareham College. Impressing the team from the outset, he was soon offered a full-time position within the sales department and has continued to flourish ever since.
