Once we have found an interested party we will deal with all the negotiations leading up to the acceptance of an offer agreeable to you, our vendor. After the sale has been set up we will continue to keep you updated with progress throughout the transaction until exchange and final completion has happened. We will speak with the solicitors involved on a regular basis contacting you with any relevant information. This is an extremely important part of our job and is fundamental in helping a sale proceed. On occasions re-negotiations may need to take place and once again it is our job to make sure these come to a satisfactory conclusion for you our client.
